So what's it all about ???

THEY say that I can say whay I want......!!!! well that could be dangerous......where is the spell check?????

Today......a normal day in the life of Riley.......I'm not Riley.......I am Quinton.........I live in my own little Universe , with my own ideas , so for today in the words of Jame Ray "If you win the rat race you are still a rat". Life is all about living in the now, not as easy as it sounds or is it ??
Today as I was out alignment with the Universe, bad mood, because things are not going as planned" , there is a technique you use to bring yourself back to the present moment where you concentrate on your breathing, so i close my eyes and take 3 deep breaths to bring myself back to the now, as i open my eyes there is a customer standing in front of me , then he said "are you sleeping???LOL
Actually that did bring me back to the now because I was laughing .......having fun is such an important part of our lives but how often do we laugh or have fun??
9-5 in jobs we hate, doing things that make us miserable and then when we turn 50 we get some dis-ease and told we are going to die in 6 months time.............this is because we stress to much and what relieves stress ??? laughing and having fun does ...and doing what you love doing.......so important
